Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2016, the Defendant, at around 01:40 on July 31, 2016, performed the alcohol on the side tables in the main points of “D” located under the ground of “D” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Building and performed the alcohol on the side tables ( South, 29 years old), F ( South, 22 years old), G ( South, and 23 years old).

1. The Defendant assaulted the victim E by having the victim take up a salted fish at the victim’s face, thereby getting the victim to know.

2. After assaulting the victim E, as set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant injured the victim F, followed up the victim’s face more than the table, which the victim F was seated, and the victim’s face was taken three times as drinking, and the victim’s face was faced with an examination of the face requiring approximately two weeks of treatment.
