A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 14, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) on the part of F Co., Ltd., the Defendant’s mother, G and the Defendant’s mother, and the Defendant’s father, one of the Defendant’s inherited property from G and the Defendant’s mother, and the content of the Defendant’s sole inheritance; (b) was issued a letter of agreement on the division of inherited property in the name of his heir G, K, H, and L affixed with the seal (hereinafter “written agreement on the division of inherited property to J loan”).

After that, at a place where it is unknown to the Defendant, without permission from other co-inheritorss such as G, etc., the Defendant forged the above agreement on division of inherited property by inserting an additional description on the commercial building in Daegu-gu M (hereinafter “M commercial building and site”) which was owned by the network I of the inherited property subject to division of inherited property in the agreement on division of inherited property at a place where it is difficult to know, and the above M commercial building in the manner that the Defendant is willing to solely succeed to inherited property and that it is not known in the public column among the above agreement on division of inherited property;

3. Around 108, a public restaurant with 108 square meters, a 1st floor retail store 2.65 square meters, a 2nd floor multi-story 113.43 square meters, a public restaurant with 3rd floors, a 113.43 square meters, a 113.43 square meters, a 4th floor office, and a 95.6 square meters at a private education institute for 5th floor in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, a Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of agreement on the division of inherited property in the name of G, K, H and L, which is a private document on rights and duties.

The letter of agreement on division of the inherited property that was forged shall be referred to as the "written agreement on division of the inherited property of this case".

2. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) submitted an application for provisional disposition against real estate disposal to an employee in charge of the Daegu Suwon-gu District Court; and (b) delivered the written agreement on the division of inherited property of this case forged as evidence as if it were a document duly formed.
