1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 92,510,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from July 18, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions in subparagraphs 2 through 7 and the purport of the entire pleadings as to the testimony of the witness A, the following construction work may be acknowledged that the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for a total of 11 interior contracts from September 9, 2012 to February 18, 2013, and completed the construction work. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff received KRW 131,00,000 from the Defendant.

The Defendant, while carrying out each construction project, agreed to reduce and adjust the estimated amount at the time of the completion of the construction project, and the testimony of witness B is insufficient to recognize that some defects occurred, or there is no evidence to acknowledge otherwise.
3. Accordingly, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 92,510,000 won (223,510,000 won - 131,00,000 won) and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from July 18, 2013 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the instant complaint was served on the Defendant.
