When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a breeding house in Chungcheongnam-gun B.

On April 2013, from around August 6, 2014 to around August 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was equipped with a eroding machine, a soil-free lamps, one working unit, etc., within the instant breeding farm; and (b) slaughtered approximately 3 marine of livestock; (c) stored the said slaughtered salt in a freezing warehouse adjacent to the relevant breeding farm; and (d) sold the Defendant’s freight lane to a nearby salt professional store.
