Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Busan District Court's East Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 17, 2012.

On February 7, 2012, the Defendant driven a motorcycle B 2 km distance from around the educational university located in the Busan B-dong, Busan, without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license around 09:30 on February 7, 2012, to the road in front of the Korea Tobacco and Ginseng Corporation located in the same Gu-U.S. 2-dong.
