A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2016, at around 22:40 on August 25, 2016, the Defendant discovered the victim who is a mixed drinking while dissatisfied with the Defendant’s mother who is the president of the apartment complex in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu’s apartment complex, and was dissatisfied with this time expense frequently, and she decided three times with the victim’s her son’s son.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

In the above circumstances, the sentencing conditions, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, etc., shall be determined as per the order.
