The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 22, 2014, at around 04:10 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided that a police officer did not act on behalf of the taxi fee-making district located in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu; and (b) explained the reasons why the victim D, who is the 3 team leader of the patrol team in the C District, was the victim, who was the 3 team leader of the C District, the taxi engineer, and other police officers were urged to the effect that “the victim, while other police officers are kept, she was unable to act on the part of the victim.”

2. Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act; Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act (written application not to punish the victim received as of November 13, 2014);
