A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.058% from blood on March 18, 2017, and had the victim D(46 years) who was under the influence of alcohol, drive the said vehicle at a point of 42.7 km on the five-lane route in the Incheon direction while driving the vehicle at a point of 0.058%, which is under the influence of alcohol on the said vehicle, and had the victim, who was under the influence of alcohol, suffer from an injury to the right-hand side of the said vehicle, such as the victim, who was under the influence of alcohol on the five-lane-lane-dong Highway-dong Highway-dong Highway-dong Highway-dong Highway-dong Highway-dong-dong Highway-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-car, and was under the influence of the victim, at a five-lane-lane line due to the negligence of operating the steering system and brake system.
