1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 2007, the Plaintiff appears not to have an independent legal personality as the subordinate organization of the Plaintiff’s Dobong Branch.

Between them, the following agreements (hereinafter referred to as the “instant agreement”) were concluded, and at the time the Dobong-gu Federation of Disabled Persons was present at the said agreement:

1. The land category was changed from the Ministry of Finance and Economy on July 29, 2009 from Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Dae-gu to the site.

On October 15, 2007, the Seoul Functionally Disabled Persons Association (Plaintiff), an incorporated association, of the 479 square meters and 411 square meters of forest E, Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”), was registered on November 8, 2007.

All the affairs necessary for the new construction of Dobong-gu Functional Self-Support Center on this land after purchasing the Dobong-gu branch of the Dobong-gu and all other administrative support, such as documents, shall be actively supported by the plaintiff.

2. “B” (Plaintiff’s Dobong Branch) is responsible for, and implement, the purchase of the said land, the construction of the building for the disabled, the installation of the self-support center for the disabled, and the “A” shall provide “B” with the said purchase and the issuance of all other documents (the board of directors resolution, corporate reduction, the director’s personal reduction, and the articles of incorporation, etc.) by affixing seals and seals

3.A “B” shall thoroughly implement the following consultations with the Federation:

① The Plaintiff Chairperson as an adviser for a party’s business. ② 2% of sales revenue shall be donated to the Federation. ③ The Federation shall fully purchase the raw materials required for this self-support area from the Federation. ④ The supply agency for standard plastic garbage bags (Dobong-gu, Nowon-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, and Jungbuk-gu) produced by the Federation. ⑤ The final and conclusive place to be supplied at the self-support area is to support the active inducement of business rights necessary in the Federation. 4. “A” shall not be a single debtor for the above land and the newly constructed building, and all obligations shall be “B.”
