1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months;
2. However, as to the Defendants, this case is against the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not manufacturers of narcotics, etc. as the F University literature.
1. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. From around September 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act ( native 1)

2) The Defendant, together with M, at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph A-4 (4) after several hours from the above paragraph of the A-A, and 0.05g of the hemp.
