Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle in C SP area.

On December 24, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car at around 10:40 on December 24, 2014, and led D- way in front of Daejeon to turn to the left at about 20 km of Si/Gun/Gu at the seat of the Elderly Welfare Center.

Since there are lots of houses, and the passage of residents is frequent, a person engaged in driving motor vehicles has a duty of care to safely drive motor vehicles by checking the front side and the left and right.

However, it is difficult to see that the defendant had excessively excessive speed at the time of the case, and the road in question can be anticipated that the progress of the vehicle is relatively frequent because the asphalt is packed, and the victim is also at fault on the blind spot of the road along which the vehicle passes.
