Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, on November 24, 2016, the Defendant leased the construction business registration certificate of K (J) at a non-place located in the Hadong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and used its trade name to implement the maintenance work as M&A with a total construction cost of KRW 20 million equivalent to KRW 20,000,000, total construction cost and KRW 20 million.
