Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who has received a registered motor vehicle shall apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor

Nevertheless, on July 2014, the Defendant did not apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired D's d's d' in the name of Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul from B to KRW 1.5 million.
