A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 특수공무집행방해 피고인은 2020. 6. 26. 22:42 거제시 B에 있는, C 앞 선착장에서 술에 취한 상태로 다른 사람과 시비하던 중 112신고를 받고 출동한 거제경찰서 D파출소 소속 경위 E, 경장 F, 거제경찰서 G파출소 소속 경사 H, 순경 I이 피고인을 제지하자 옷을 모두 벗고 위험한 물건인 쇠파이프(길이 약 1m)를 양손에 들고 위 경찰관들에게 “확마 씨발. 대가리 다 때리 깨삐고 갈끼다 나는. 꺼지라 그냥. 짭새부터 직일끼다. 직이라 같이 죽자.”라는 등 소리를 지르고 위 쇠파이프로 경찰관을 향해 때릴 듯이 들어 올리는 등 협박하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on handling 112 reports.

2.
