Punishment of the crime

M and N around April 18, 2014, leased the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government OO building C. 701, and have facilities to gamble “bamer.” Defendant B, who received KRW 200,000 per day and takes charge of overall management of the gambling place, such as exchange of cash and chips, play the role of “bamer,” and Defendant A and P receive KRW 200,000 per day and take charge of the management of the gambling place, respectively. Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F, each of whom play the role of “the head of the branch,” in preparation for the crackdown on the gambling place and the investigative agency, to receive KRW 20,00 per day and receive KRW 120,000 per day, and to receive instructions from the investigative agency and provide guidance to Defendant B, Defendant C, who is in charge of surveillance of the distribution of cards, etc. in the gambling place, and Defendant C, and Defendant C’s 1 and 20,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants conspired with M, N, and P on April 18, 2014 for the purpose of profit-making, through Q, R, S, T, U, and V, which is a "rawlsing business entity" to invite customers to gambling at the above location, left customers as the above gambling place, from April 19, 2014 to November 000 of the next day, the Defendants agreed that the customers opened two cards in order of "Wurler's flap board" and "banker's chip "if the customers get up two cards in order, they would select one place of betting amounting to KRW 30,000 to KRW 30,000,000,000 from KRW 30,000 to KRW 30,000,00,000,000, respectively, and finally, the customers agreed on the betting place.
