Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving DNA freight truck.

1. On January 10, 2017, the Defendant driving the said cargo without obtaining a driver’s license from around 06:30 on the road in front of the Defendant’s residence located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul to the front of the Gu Community Center located in Seo-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to about 15km.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or Meption) was driving the said cargo at the same time as Paragraph 1, and subsequently moving the front road of the “G” located in the “G” in the “G” at the time of the Speaker’s Government to a telephone-sponsing distance from the seat point of convenience.
