A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:40 on September 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim E (year 23) and the shoulder while being in a toilet in the escape room in the front city of 10:40 on September 22, 2012, when the Defendant took a bath of the victim’s scam, such as “Chewing”, the victim’s scams at one time; (b) the victim scams at two times; (c) the left eye of the eyebrow; and (d) the victim scamscams at two times; and (e) the victim scamscams at one time after the bed; and (e) the victim scamscams at the left eyebrow; and (e) the victim scamscams at one time to the victim F. 18 years old; and (e) the victim scamscam and sold the victim’s goods to the victim.

2. On September 22, 2012, from around 01:25 to 03:20 the same day, the Defendant abused the victim I who is a police officer belonging to the said district unit within the H district located in Yansan-gu, Yandong-gu, Jeonju-si from around September 22, 2012, by “the victim, who is a police officer belonging to the said district, publicly insulting the victim for two hours, such as “the bit of a bitch bitch, dead, dead, and bit of a bitch bitch, bit of a bitch bitch bitch, and the bitch bitch of a bitch bitch bitch bitch, and the bitch bitch bitch, etc.”
