A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 22:00 on April 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim’s credit at the “Dud club” operated by the victim C (YY) located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) but was refused to demand the credit; (c) opened the metal materials located in front of the entrance at the entrance with the entrance door, thereby damaging the market price of KRW 2.30,00,00; (d) destroyed the glass window at the expense of the Defendant’s head, who was subject to the victim’s credit; and (e) destroyed the victim’s head, and (e) took one side of the victim’s head, who was the subsequent head.
Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and assaulted the victim.
