If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:00 on October 19, 2012, the Defendant cut off a 5,000 won of the market price, where the victim B(the age of 61) was assaulted to the wounded, and the victim B(the age of 61) was laid down to the bottom of the floor at the water station square in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 19:00, and the victim’s back part part, which was owned by the victim, was cut off.
