Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2015, from around 10:00 to around 03:00 of the same month, Defendant A installed 40 games, which are speculative gaming machines of approximately 100 square meters underground of the Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, without being classified as classed in the game 100 square meters, and had an unspecified number of customers visiting the game take cash into the game machine, let them obtain specific points by chance, and exchange them in cash after deducting 10% from the points they acquired through the game.

As a result, the defendant provided game water that is not classified into rating, and carried out speculative activities to exchange results obtained through the use of speculative gaming machines as a business.

2. Defendant DG Defendant 1, who received KRW 70,00 per day at the same time and place as that of paragraph (1), and worked as an employee, assisted customers to engage in speculative businesses by using the above game machine that was not classified as above, such as coffee and tobacco, even though being aware of the fact that A performed speculative businesses by using the above-mentioned game machine.
