1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 230,000,000 won and the period from May 12, 2018 to September 12, 2018.
Reasons
1. On May 12, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) leased from the Defendants the “Da Apartment-gun, Seosan-gun, 1603 Dong 201” at KRW 230,000,000 as lease deposit; and (b) as the lease term expires on May 11, 2018, the Plaintiff claimed KRW 230,000,000 as lease deposit and delay damages therefor; (c) on May 12, 2016, the Plaintiff claimed KRW 20,000 as lease deposit and delayed payment damages.
