1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 14, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff, on June 19, 2016 through September 21, 2016, lent to the Defendant 18 times a total of KRW 40,000,000,000,000 to the Defendant on October 7, 2016, without having set the due date for repayment of KRW 40,000,000,000 to the Plaintiff on October 7, 2016. The Defendant’s repayment agreement on the installment payment of KRW 1,000,000 each month from October 2 to February 2020, as the Plaintiff did not pay once the said installment payment was made, thereby losing its benefit (the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint - February 13, 2018) by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
