A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 19:00 on September 13, 2014, the Defendant of the damage to property returned to the said multi-household housing marina room in the condition of chain on the ground that he was fluor of a multi-household house located in Busan City, and drinking alcohol at his wife, and caused the damage of KRW 120,000,000, by gathering three glass windows of the entrance door of the multi-household housing room owned by the victim C (one 70cm in a street, one 70cm in height, one 70cm in width, one 70cm in width, one 70cm in width, one 0.3m in width, one 76cm in width, one 92cm in width, and one 0m in width, and one 0.3m in thickness of 0.3m in width).

At around 19:10 of the above day, the Defendant, on the ground that the victim D (the age of 40) and the victim E (the age of 42) who had been contacted by the Defendant residing in the said multi-households at the above location, reported to the police and witness the above act by the Defendant, committed assaulting the victim D’s flaps and flapsing down the inner flaps and flaps requiring medical treatment for about 28 days by drinking 2 times the left part of the victim E, and flapsing the flaps of the victim D by hand.

3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 위와 같은 날 21:10경 부산 사상경찰서 형사과 사무실에서 위 경찰서 형사과 소속인 경사 F이 피고인에게 보호실에 앉으라고 한다는 이유로 화가 나서 "개새끼 너는 내가 칼로 배 찢어 버린다, 씨발 놈아 니 얼굴 다 봐 놨다, 개새끼야 니 가족들 다 찾아서 칼로 다 죽여 버린다"고 협박하여 경찰관의 범죄수사에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.

4.
