Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2013, the Defendant driven a cargo vehicle B1 ton by business on April 18, 2013, and was proceeding with the annual mountain road located in the Sosan-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, from the Busan Metropolitan City to the court at an irregular speed.

At the time, there was a sign prohibiting the left turn to the court from the Busan Viewing side, and in such cases, the defendant who is engaged in the driving of a motor vehicle had a duty of care not to turn to the left, but was negligent in failing to do so, and the defendant received the front one ton of the victim C(57 years old) driver's freight driving on the side of the Busan Viewing side from the Busan Viewing side with the left turn from the court.

The Defendant, by these occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim C, such as the right pelvis, which requires medical treatment for about 14 weeks, and injury to the victim E (the victim E (the victim 49 years of age) who was aboard the cargo vehicle D1 ton of Poton, such as catum base, requiring medical treatment for about 2 weeks, and injury to the victim F (the victim F, who was aboard the cargo vehicle B1 ton of Poton of 34 years of age) requiring medical treatment for about 2 weeks.
