The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the reasons for appeal (six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

However, the crime of this case is committed by the defendant without a driver's license that the case of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of 0.063% alcohol level is not less severe, and the defendant has been punished several times due to the same crime. In particular, on December 8, 2014, the Busan District Court sentenced the same crime to the suspension of execution on December 16, 2014 and sentenced to the suspension of execution on December 16, 2014 and sentenced to the suspension of execution on December 16, 2014, which again commits the crime of this case while the suspension of execution becomes final and conclusive, and the driving distance is short as a crime that causes harm not only to himself but also to another person's life and body.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
