A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of five thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Gambling;

A. On January 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) transferred 600,000 won to the NAC account opened by a person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, on two occasions; and (b) purchased hosting money, and (c) received dividends in accordance with the pre-determined ratio of distribution, if he/she was listed in the betting amount, such as winning, winning, and winning the sports games; and (d) received dividends in accordance with the pre-determined ratio of distribution.

In addition, from around that time to February 5, 2012, the Defendant had access to the illegal sports soil site by the same method and purchased 10,422,00 won as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1), and had the gambling in which the profit and loss of property profits is determined by the incidental result.

B. On May 9, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 114,000 to the NA G account in the name of F, an illegal gambling site, in Gwangju G G account, and charged the game money to the said site, and carried out gambling, such as dynas, by accessing the said site with his name and dynas.

In addition, from around that time to August 13, 2013, the Defendant purchased game money equivalent to KRW 79,706,000, as shown in the attached Table (2) in the same way, and stuffed.

2. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall engage in any act of providing property or property benefits to persons who issued sports promotion betting tickets or similar things and correctly predicted the results thereof, and no person shall publicize such similar acts, or intermediate or arrange the purchase of sports promotion betting tickets or similar things, and commit any act of gambling using such similar acts;

A. On July 21, 2012, the Defendant is prohibited from issuing sports promotion betting tickets, etc. at the irregular land of Gwangju or lower level.
