A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2014, at around 21:05, the Defendant driven approximately KRW 3.5 km from the front of the Gangnam-gun Apartment Complex C, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Gangwon-do to the front road of the Sungjin-gu, Jinjin-gu, Gangnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Seojin-do, Jin-do without the driver’s license.
