Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall transfer or acquire any access medium or establish a pledge to an account used to secure the authenticity and accuracy of the details of transaction with a user and the contents of such transaction in electronic financial transactions, or means or information equivalent to an electronic card connected to such account.

Nevertheless, on August 3, 2016, the Defendant sent to Kwikseter a name-free article a physical card connected to the new bank account (B) opened in the name of the Defendant, which was opened in the name of the Defendant, in front of the Ansan High School located in 4-gil, Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si. On August 3, 2016, the Defendant sent the above physical card password number to Kwikseter, and around that time, notified the name-free person of the above physical card to Kakao Stockholm.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the electronic financial transaction access media.

Summary of Evidence

1. It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 334(1) or more of the Criminal Procedure Act.
