A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. From June to July 2017, the Defendant stated “D”, “B6” in the land category column, “C” in the name column, “E” in the user’s name column, and “E” in the date of preparation, respectively, in the Defendant’s licensed real estate agent office located in Gyeonggi-gu World Trade Organization B, on which C’s seal was affixed in advance.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a written consent to land use in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. From June to July, 2017, the Defendant stated “D”, “C”, “B6”, and “C” and “C” on the date of preparation, in the parcel number column of “Road Designation Agreement” in which C’s seal was affixed in advance at the Defendant’s real estate agent office located in Gyeonggi-gu World Trade Organization B.

For the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a written consent for road designation in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On July 2017, the Defendant: (a) presented a forged land use consent and a one copy of the road designation consent at a non-fat-law site as above; (b) had the said attorney-at-law present the forged land at the Seoul Western District Court located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, as Mapo-gu, Seoul, to the said attorney-at-law around July 28, 2017.

3. From 305, the Seoul Western District Court No. 3016Na3934 decided June 22, 2017 to 2016Na3934 decided Jun. 22, 2017, the Defendant issued a false list of the Plaintiffs F, Defendant C, and G.

H. A witness was present to take an oath of the case, such as the implementation of consent to land use regarding the box (hereinafter “G”).

(1) The Defendant stated that “I have to give consent to land use, and I have to do so at the time of the sale and purchase contract, whether I have to do so, or not I have to do so.”
