1. Basic facts

A. 1) Employment and status relationship 1) The remaining designated parties except Plaintiff (Appointed Party) A, Appointed Party D, and Plaintiff B (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”), the parties to an employment contract under convenience refer to “Plaintiffs (Appointed Party A), excluding the designated parties A, Appointed C, and Plaintiff B,” and the claimant of this case refers to “Plaintiffs (Appointed Party) A, Appointeds, and Plaintiff B.”

(2) A street cleaners employed and worked for the Defendant before 200, and the rest of the designated parties except the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) A and the appointed parties C were retired on December 31, 201; D retired on April 5, 2011; and Plaintiff B retired on March 31, 2012. (2) A died on April 4, 201, and their successors reached an agreement on the share of inheritance that determined D’s spouse C as the sole heir related to the claim related to labor relations, such as unpaid wages and retirement allowances, against the Defendant of D.

B. The Defendant’s conclusion and contents of the collective agreement 1) based on the “Reference Materials for the Compilation of the Budget of Personnel Expenses for Environmental Definites,” one of the basic guidelines for the compilation of the local government budget, which are directed by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety (Ministry of the Interior and Safety) to each local government, refers to each collective agreement of the instant agreements in 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011 (hereinafter “each collective agreement”).

(2) Each collective agreement of this case is concluded, and each collective agreement of this case refers to the standard for budget compilation of personnel expenses for the Daegu Metropolitan City and the Gu-Gun street cleaners (hereinafter referred to as the “standard for each of the above budget compilation”).

B. Each of the instant collective agreements has been formulated, and the main contents of each of the instant collective agreements concerning wages, working conditions, etc. and the key contents of each of the instant budget compilation standards are attached Table 3.
