Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:50 on August 11, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed an act of interference with the business at the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; and (b) committed an act of breathing while under the influence of alcohol; and (c) committed an act of interference with the business.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant operation by force for about 30 minutes.

2. At around 23:13 on the date specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant reported at the place specified in paragraph (1), and at around 112, the Defendant requested to present an identification card from the head F of the police station E-district belonging to the Busan Western Police Station E-district, who was called out, to present an identification card, made one time the chest part of the above F.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

3. On August 12, 2020, the Defendant, in violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, 30 minutes of a 30-minute, including: (a) at the Criminal Department and the office of the Yongsan-gu Police Station in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, 1640, and (b) at the time of the arrest of a flagrant offender on the ground of committing a crime described in paragraphs 1 and 2, the Defendant, who was arrested in flagrant offender on the ground of a crime described in paragraphs 1 and 30 minutes of a crope gu, and (b) at the waiting room of the above police station.

Accordingly, the defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, had a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior in a public office.
