Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 11, 2014, at around 08:15, the Defendant: (a) received a report from the Busan Shipping Daegu B apartment 105-dong corridor, and sent a fice to the taxi fare payment relationship; and (b) served as the reason that the police officer D, who belongs to the Busan Shipping Police Station C box, sent out, had the Defendant go to his house; (c) and (d) assaulted D’s chest to get the Defendant to go to the house, one time as drinking, with the aim of going to go to the Defendant’s house.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on public peace and maintenance of order.
