A The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

B case: The judgment of violation of the Act on Promotion of the Game Industry, which was rendered on May 24, 2017: Imprisonment with prison labor for 8 months and 2 years of suspension of execution: Defendant A, on June 1, 2017, committed a crime of violation of the Act on Promotion of the Game Industry: (a) on May 1, 2016, in the “D Game Center” in the “D Game Center,” which was located in the Hanhae-si, Kim Jong-si, Man-si, Kim 501; (b) intended to engage in the business of installing a game machine and exchanging the outcome of a game against many and unspecified customers; and (c) Defendant B, upon receiving a certain price according to Defendant A’s proposal, conspired with customers who used the said game machine in sequential order

Accordingly, from May 31, 2016 to April 21, 2017, the Defendants: (a) installed 90 game flags, such as the said place of business from around May 31, 2016 to around April 21, 201; (b) Defendant A, as the owner of the business, 20 game machine for “Sfin game”; (c) 20 game for “Sfin game”; (d) 30 game for “Sfin game for “Sfin”; and (e) 20 game for “Sfin game for “Sfin”, and (e) exchanged 10,000 won for many unspecified customers, which obtained by using the said game machine after deducting 20% of commission from commission; and (e) Defendant B exchanged the result of the said game in waiting in the said game room according to the direction of Defendant A, and received KRW 100,000 per day from Defendant A.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water by customers.
