Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives his own property 49cc U. S.C.

1. At around 07:30 on January 11, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle as a duty on the heavy bridge located in Jung-gu Seoul Central Inter-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul, and proceeded at a speed equivalent to 30 km per hour by using two lanes in the luc basin from the mid-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul.

Although a driver has a duty of care to accurately operate steering and brakes and drive them safely, the defendant is negligent in driving and changing the course into three lanes by negligence.

The driver found the vehicles driving the three lanes, moved by a rapid operation, and concealed the back part of the upper part of the DKan Corpon vehicle driving by the victim C(the age of 46) prior to the two lanes.

The Defendant, by the foregoing accident, destroyed the property that would amount to KRW 430,000,00 of the repair cost, such as the exchange of back-fluorers, but did not take any necessary measures as a driver, and escaped without having the above fluorb at the scene of the accident.

2. While the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.057% in the time and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant driven the above Oralb in a distance equivalent to 300 meters from the upstream-dong of Seoul Jung-gu to the place set forth in paragraphs 1.

3. The Defendant, even though he was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on the road, operated the above Oral Ba as described in paragraph 1 in a state where he was not covered by mandatory insurance.
