A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 15, 2016, the Defendant was driving a two-wheeled vehicle, without obtaining a driver’s license, on a two-wheeled vehicle from the boomed road before Busan Southern-dong to the network unfolded road in Busan-dong, on a level of about 10km to the front road.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated the two-wheeled automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, at the same time and place as the preceding paragraph.
