1. As to KRW 15,300,000, among the Plaintiff, and KRW 5,000,000 from February 10, 201, and KRW 5,000,00.

The Plaintiff loaned KRW 3% per month to the Defendant, KRW 5,00,00 for the interest rate of KRW 5,00,00 on February 10, 201, and KRW 3% per month on May 31, 2011. ② The interest rate of KRW 5,00,000 on February 28, 201 was set as KRW 3% per month and May 31, 201 for the due date. ③ The interest rate of KRW 5,00,000 on June 13, 201 was set as KRW 3% per month and September 13, 201 for the due date was set as KRW 3% per month, and ④ the interest rate of KRW 30,000 on March 17, 2014 was set as KRW 3% per month and lent between the parties concerned, or the entire purport of each evidence and evidence can be recognized by comprehensively taking into account each of the arguments.

2. The assertion and judgment

A. According to the above facts, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a total of KRW 15,300,000 and KRW 5,000 from February 10, 2011 to February 10, 2011; and KRW 5,000,00 as of February 28, 201 to February 28, 201; and KRW 5,000 as of February 13, 201 to June 13, 201; and KRW 5,00,00 as of June 13, 201; and KRW 15,00 as of March 17, 201 to June 13, 201; and KRW 30,000 as of March 17, 2014 to the interest rate of KRW 30,00 per annum as of March 14, 201; and each of them is deemed as valid by the agreement.

(B) (A part of the above loan claims shall not be known, but even if there was no agreement on the due date, it shall be reasonable to deem that the due date of the above loan claims as of the date of closing argument of this case where the original copy of the instant payment order requesting the return of the loan was delivered to the defendant.)

The Defendant’s assertion and judgment 1) asserted that the amount of the loan as of February 10, 201 was only KRW 4,000,000,000 after deducting the interest of KRW 1,00,000 at the time in relation to the amount of the loan as of February 10, 201. However, the amount of the loan is about KRW 1,00,000.
