1. Fraud;

A. On May 13, 2016, around 18:40 on May 13, 2016, the Defendant ordered food to the victim “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and even when ordering food, the Defendant did not possess any means of payment, and did not have the ability or intent to pay the price, and ordered food to the victim.

B. On May 15, 2016, the Defendant issued an order to “G” restaurant located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F on May 16, 2016, where: (a) the Defendant did not possess any means of payment; and (b) did not have the ability or intent to pay the price; and (c) ordered food to the Victim H, an employee of the said restaurant.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received food equivalent to KRW 25,500 in total from the injured party, such as one land conference equivalent to KRW 15,00,00 in the market value, and 3,500 in the market value, and obtained food from the injured party.

2. On May 15, 2015, from around 21:00 to from around 21:20, the Defendant, who obstructed the business, drinked food as above at the places listed in Section 1-B, and then divingd from the said place, and received a demand for a change in the calculation from the above victim H.

The term “satisfy” has satisfy the disturbance between 20 minutes, such as large sounds.

Accordingly, the defendant, by exercising power, interfered with the victim's restaurant business.
