Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around 08:50 on June 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was driving the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu (Seoul), Samsung Station, Samsung Station, and changed the lane, and (b) was trying to hear the light from the Ethbluri vehicle in the victim D’s operation, and (c) obstructed the course of the damaged vehicle’s running ahead of the damaged vehicle.

Defendant continued to stop the damaged vehicle to the signal atmosphere and threaten the damaged vehicle by getting off from the taxi above her driver, taking a bath, walking the door of the driver's seat with a view to getting off the driver's seat.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
