Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2011, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information who was sentenced to imprisonment for three years and six months by the Cheongju District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and on April 17, 2012.

Where any personal information submitted, such as name, resident registration number, address, actual place of residence, and the registration number of a vehicle owned by a person subject to registration of personal information which has become final and conclusive due to a sexual crime, is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of such change to the head of a police office

Although the Defendant registered and used a small-sized cargo vehicle BY III 1 ton in the name of the Defendant on April 20, 2016, the Defendant did not submit the reason and details of the change to the Secretary-General of the Police Agency corresponding to Cheongju, the head of the police agency having jurisdiction over the Defendant’s domicile within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the change. On March 21, 2017, the Defendant registered and used the vehicle under the Defendant’s name, but did not submit the reason and details of the change to the Secretary-General within 20 days.
