1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 63,683,270 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 14, 2015 to the day of full payment.

(Provided, “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant,” and the Plaintiff shall be deemed to be “Defendant,” and the Plaintiff shall be deemed to have paid damages for delay from the next day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint as claimed on the date of the first pleading until September 30, 2015, calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint to September 30, 2015, and at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the day of full payment (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
