Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the PC room charges, from around 10:25 on December 21, 201 to December 22, 201, the Defendant carried out the PC game for about 17 hours within the DPC room operated by the victim C located in the Gu-si from around 10:25 on December 23, 201 and acquired the 16,900 won.
