A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who works as a business employee of the insurance company, entered into the insurance problem of the customer who was hospitalized in the D Hospital located in Busan Metropolitan City(Seoul), provided care to his father, and provided care to the victim E (25 years old), who is the disabled with intellectual disability in the second degree 2 years old with his face expressed to singing up his face to singing down by singinging the driver and sing down the driver's seat with the sing and Kim system, and led the victim to a forced indecent act by force.

1. On March 21, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) sent a victim, who was aware of the face from her face to her front of the pertinent D Hospital, by telephone; (b) sent a dramab; and (c) sent the victim to her back to the reservoir where the Gu, in her FM520 vehicle, was in front of her FM520 vehicle and was in front of her fM520 vehicle; (d) the victim tried to take the chest of the victim within the parked vehicle, but the victim tried to take the chest in both hands; (b) the victim was 2-3 kis on the victim’s face; and (c) the victim was able to write down the buckbuck in hand within the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim with mental disability.

2. On March 22, 2014, from around 14:00 to 15:00, the Defendant left the victim at the pertinent D Hospital, and went to the gold-gu reservoir parking lot located in the gold-gu in the gold-gu in Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si. The Defendant parked the victim within the said car “buckbucks and tacks are not bad, and the chest was not bad.” The Defendant called the victim’s clothes “buckbbs and tacks are not bad.” The Defendant sent the victim’s chest part on one occasion by hand.

The defendant continued to put the victim into the bucks section, which is showing the parts of the bucks section, and then the victim's clothes, bucks and drinking bucks were sent to the victim by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant has a mental disability.
