The defendant asserts that the distribution period of labels was wrong and that the actual distribution period of the labels was not expired, while the defendant's storage period of the labels was not expired, as stated in the facts constituting a crime. The defendant's food service business operator who received a product with the distribution period set by the food manufacturer appears to have been detained by the food manufacturer.
