1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in the descriptions of evidence Nos. 4, 2, 3, 10-1, 23, 10-1, 23, 13, 3, 4-2, 13, and 5:

On January 14, 2008, the Plaintiff purchased No. e (176.22m2m2) prior to the subdivision in Seo-gu, Busan and four lots of land D, which was awarded a successful bid in the name of Non-party F in the process of compulsory auction. On March 28, 2011, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of Non-party G Co., Ltd.

B. Upon the commencement of the auction procedure on October 23, 2012 with respect to the above subparagraph E, the Plaintiff assumed the payment on August 9, 2013 and received the bid for the said subparagraph in the name of Nonparty H, and some of the payment was borrowed from Nonparty I. On August 16, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership on the ground of a trade promise on August 9, 2013 with respect to the above subparagraph E through H.

C. Around September 7, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) drafted a lease agreement with a lessor, lessee, (b) the Plaintiff, and (c) KRW 30 million on a deposit basis; (d) from October 9, 2013 to 24 months; and (e) obtained a fixed date with the number of 309 of the Seo-gu K, Seo-gu, Busan on October 10, 2013; and (ii) drafted a lease agreement with a lessor, lessee, M; (c) KRW 30 million on other parts of subparagraph (e) as of the same day; and (d) written the lease agreement with a period from October 8, 2013 to 24 months; and (e) written the Plaintiff’s name and the Plaintiff’s resident registration number with the same number 30,000,000 won as the Plaintiff’s name and the same address as the Plaintiff’s resident registration number 31,201.

On October 10, 2013, the Plaintiff completed the move-in report under the above J, and on December 23, 2013, the resident registration card.
