Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts of Arranging sexual traffic (such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic) (the Defendant is a person who operates the first floor of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the trade name of “C” on the first floor of the building in Gangnam-gu, and D is a person who serves as a person who supplies a woman who is able to engage in sexual traffic at the above main points.

At around 01:10 on March 29, 2016, the Defendant conspired with D to receive 200,000 won from F, a male customer, as the price for sexual traffic from F, and had I, a sexual traffic woman, do sexual intercourse with F and sexual intercourse in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, by having I, a sexual traffic woman, do sexual intercourse with F.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall obtain permission from the competent authority to operate a singran tavern specified in paragraph (1) above with the permission of a singran tavern, and in order to have an entertainment receptionist provide entertainment services by employing entertainment receptionist.

The Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authority from April 2015 to March 28, 2016, decided to pay KRW 100,000 per hour to all women, including I, at the said main office from around April 2015 to around March 28, 2016, and had such women provide entertainment services by having them provide drinking with male customers, such as F, and provide singing with music and dance, and encourage them to provide entertainment services.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Articles 70(1) and 69(2)1 of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse.
