A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On April 2015, the Defendant: (a) put D’s residence in Tong Young-si C with D in two single-use injection devices; and (b) mopon was administered by means of inserting the copon into two single-use injection devices; (c) mopon into two single-use injection devices; and (d) dilution with water.

2. On July 16, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 0.5g 30,000 from G to purchase and sell narcotics, etc. in front of the entrances of Busan subway No. 1 Line F in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City.

3. On August 2015, the Defendant: (a) stored B in two philophones in a single-use injection machine, 0.03gh, both H, on the non-road located in Gwangju Nam Nam-ju; and (b) injected with water, and administered phiphones by means of injecting them into their arms blood cells.

4. On October 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold narcotics, etc. from K in front of the J Hospital located in Tong Young-si I, with the amount of KRW 0.7g 250,000, from K in front of the J Hospital.

5. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid in a trade influorial telephone L in a single-use telephone, laid in two single-use 0.03 gomphones with M, dilutioned with water; and (b) administered phiphones by means of injecting them into their respective arms blood cells.

6. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) 501 nel L in a so-called “O”, and (b) 1 nphone 0.03 g in a single-use injection machine; (c) diven 2 of a single-use injection machine; and (d) dilution with water; and (d) diven phiphones were administered in a way of injection with their arms.

7. On December 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid in the residence of K near the funeral hall located in Gwangju, having been laid in two for a single-use injection machine, having been laid in two for a single-use injection machine with K, and dilution with water; and (b) administered phiphones by means of injection with their arms in their arms.

8. On December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) in the street room located in Plux Q of Busan on the Seocho-gu, Busan; (b) approximately KRW 0.5g 30,000,000,000 from G.
