1. Facts of recognition;

A. Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) is a company established for the purpose of advertising business, housing construction and sales agency business on February 27, 2015. Defendant C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) is a company established on February 25, 2015 for the purpose of construction business, real estate rental business, and housing supply business. Defendant D resigned from the inside director of Defendant Co., Ltd on October 14, 2015 and was appointed as an inside director on December 26, 2016.

B. On December 16, 2016, the Plaintiff Company entered into a service contract between the Plaintiff Company and the Defendants (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) and the Promotion Committee of Defendant B District Housing Association (tentative name B Housing Association; hereinafter “Defendant Promotion Committee”).
