Criminal facts

On August 29, 2006, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,00,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam branch on August 29, 2006 and KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on March 4, 2009.

Although the Defendant had had a record of drinking twice or more as above, on August 13, 2013, at around 23:10, the Defendant driven a B cller vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content concentration of about 10 meters at a 0.195% at the government-dong 502-1 diving parking lot, Dong-dong Government-dong 502-1.
