Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Korean Democratic Labor Union Association D branch of metal labor union.

No person shall intrude, damage, conceal, move, or remove any order keeping vessel for a reasonable time without justifiable grounds, or impair its utility by any other means, notwithstanding a warning issued by a police officer.

On October 31, 2015, the Defendant, at around 14:10 on October 31, 2015, held an assembly of the name “F” in front of the building in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and attempted to take part in the direction of the president of the G Group H, unlike the assembly report, to set up the order order order line at the above assembly place and issued a warning to the Defendant, the organizer of the assembly, who is the organizer of the assembly, of the foregoing name.
