Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2013, at around 03:35, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim’s women’s friendlinesss of the victim C and the victim’s women’s friendlinesss were talked in front of the Gyeyang-gu, Busan, Seocheon2, 801; and (b) reported that “the inside of the country is seen in the 20th century, and he was in possession of the house”, “the head of the victim was flicked once on the part of the victim’s port, and flicked twice on the part of the hand, at the same time.”
